Wage Slave

In times of Yore we were all taught
Work is a word whose meaning is "ought"
Work wasn't something you enjoyed,
That sort of notion had to be destroyed, but

Millions of people wasting their lives
Doing things they hate otherwisen they'd be deprived
Of pensions and mortgages and all that stuff -
But work is something YOU SHOULD LOVE!

What you do is what you are
